A postal solidarity account is made available to citizens by Algérie Poste, as part of the national campaign to prevent and combat the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), said a press release from this establishment on Tuesday.
The account is intended to “receive donations and contributions from all natural or legal persons who would like to support national efforts to combat this pandemic,” said the same source, noting “the mobilization of all human and material resources, to the success of this solidarity operation ”.
Also, potential contributors are invited to pay their donations to the account entitled: COVID- 19- Algeria: number: 200 key 12. The statement of postal identity of the account being: RIP: 007 99999 0000000200 91, detailed Algerie Poste, while informing that donations can be made by distance, from a CCP account using the “Edahabia” card and the same RIP (007 99999 0000000200 91) and this, through one of the channels that are the ATM ( ATM), the “Baridi Mob” application or the “Baridi Web” website.
Similarly it can be done at the post office level, by CCP transfer (account to account), using the electronic payment card “Edahabia” and the single form SFPO1, denominated in the name of the CCP account: 200 key 12 (COVID-19), CCP transfer (account to account) using a postal check made out in the name of the CCP account: 200 key 12 (COVID-19), transfer by bank or treasury check or, exceptionally, by payment in cash, added the same source.
While putting its website at the service of citizens (www.poste.dz), Algérie Poste highlighted “the exemption from CCP taxes” of all operations related to the payment of donations, inviting all donors to use the electronic transfer channels available to “avoid traveling to post offices or transfer by check so as not to manipulate cash, except in cases of absolute necessity”.

Finally, Algérie Poste wishes to launch “an appeal for solidarity and the contribution of citizens, in order to support the success of this national campaign of solidarity and to participate collectively in the fight against this pandemic”.
