President Tebboune appoints new Attorney General at Blida Military Court of Appeal

President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune has appointed, by presidential decree, a new Military Attorney General at Blida Military Court of Appeal.

Colonel Khaled Bouriche has been appointed Military Attorney General at the Blida Military Court of Appeal.

“By presidential decree of 21 Ramadhan 1441 corresponding to May 14, 2020, Colonel Khaled Bouriche, is appointed Military Attorney general at Blida’s Military Court of Appeal / 1st military region”, said the 31st issue of the official Gazette.

In addition, another presidential decree issued the same day put an end to the functions of the military Attorney General at the same Court, colonel Mohamed Mohammedi.

“By presidential decree of 21 Ramadhan 1441 corresponding to May 14, 2020,….the functions of military Attorney General at Blida’s Military Court of Appeal/ 1st military region, exercised by the colonel Mohamed Mohammedi, have been terminated, ” the same source added.
